Echographie Doppler Couleur (EDC) dans la Thrombose Veineuse Profonde (TVP) des Membres Inf©rieurs (MI)  Lom© (Togo).
Résumé
Objectifs : Etudier les particularit©s ©pid©miologiques et les caract©ristiques  LâEDC de la TVP des MI.                                                                                                     Mat©riel et M©thode : Etude r©trospective des archives de compte â? rendu dâEDC des patients chez qui le diagnostic des TVP des MI avait ©t© pos©  lâEDC de janvier 2005  d©cembre 2009.Â
R©sultats : LâEDC avait diagnostiqu© 258 cas de TVP des MI. La moyenne dâ¢ge ©tait de 47,41 ± 17,8 ans, avec un sex ratio (M/F) de 1,53. Deux cent vingt six patients (87,60%) ©taient hospitalis©s. Tous les segments veineux ©taient touch©s, avec une localisation plus fr©quente  gauche (46,51%) quâ droite (36,84%). Elle ©tait bilat©rale dans 16,28% des cas. Les localisations distales ©taient les plus fr©quentes (37,21%).                                                                                       Conclusion : La particularit© ©pid©miologique de la TVP des MI dans notre pays porte sur lâ¢ge de nos patients qui est particuli¨rement peu ©lev© comparativement aux ©tudes occidentales. La topographie des l©sions, est globalement superposable  celle d©crite dans la litt©rature.Â
