Nous rapportons un cas dâost©ochondrome  localisation exceptionnelle costale mais retromammaire gauche, conf©rant un aspect de masse mammaire, chez une jeune fille de 17 ans, sans ant©c©dent particulier. Lâaugmentation asym©trique du volume mammaire et la fermet© sans douleur du sein gauche, ©taient le motif de consultation. Lâimagerie bas©e sur la mammographie et lâ©chographie, le scanner thoracique ont permis une orientation diagnostique. La certitude diagnostique ©tait apport©e par la biopsie de la l©sion avec une ©tude cyto-histologique

SUMMARYÂ
We report a case of an exceptional left costal retro-mammary osteochondroma simulating a   breast mass, on a 17-year-old girl, without particular past history. The asymmetric increase of the breast volume and the firmness without pain of the left breast, were the main complains. The imaging investigations based on mammography, ultrasonography, and thoracic CT scans showed a calcified costal mass. The diagnosis was confirmed by   histo-pathological analysis.
