La maladie de Forestier:   propos d'un cas au Niger. Forestierâs disease: a case report in Niger.)

Résumé


La maladie de Forestier est un d©sordre musculo-squelettique responsable d'une ossification ligamentaire touchant essentiellement le ligament vert©bral longitudinal ant©rieur. Elle atteint g©n©ralement le sujet de sexe masculin. Les manifestations cliniques sont rares et tardives   type de raideur, douleurs rachidiennes et rarement de dysphagie.   Nous rapportons un cas chez un homme de 64 ans dont le diagnostic a ©t© ©tabli par le scanner.
