Lâhydatidose musculaire :   propos de 10 cas au Maroc

Lâ©chinococcose est une zoonose cosmopolite qui s©vit   lâ©tat end©mique dans les pays o¹ sâeffectue lâ©levage de b©tail. La localisation musculaire primaire et isol©e de lâ©chinococcose reste exceptionnelle mªme en zone dâend©mie. Les auteurs rapportent une s©rie de 10 cas de kyste hydatique des muscles de lâappareil locomoteur, chez 3 femmes et 7 hommes tous issus du milieu rural. Le membre sup©rieur est concern© dans 3cas, la r©gion fessi¨re chez 3 patients et la cuisse chez 4 patients. Le but de ce travail est de rappeler est dâanalyser les aspects ©pid©miologiques, cliniques et les modalit©s diagnostic et th©rapeutiques de lâhydatidose musculaire.
