TRAITEMENT MEDICAL EXCLUSIF DâUN EMPYEME SOUS DURAL COMPLIQUANT UN ABCES DU CUIR CHEVELU :  propos dâun cas

Lâempy¨me sous dural reste une cause ©lev©e de mortalit© dans les pays en voie de d©veloppement du fait du manque de structures sp©cialis©es en nombre important et des retards de diagnostic. Nous rapportons un cas dâempy¨me sous dural chez un jeune patient de 19 ans diagnostiqu© par tomodensitom©trie et trait© de fa§on m©dicale exclusive sur six semaines avec contr´le scanographique r©gulier et une r©mission totale sans s©quelles. A travers ce cas, les auteurs ont d©montr© que le traitement m©dical exclusif dâun empy¨me sous dural est possible  condition dâavoir un contr´le scanographique r©gulier.
