Apport de lâIRM dans le diagnostic de la non compaction du ventricule gauche :  propos de deux cas.
Résumé
La non compaction du ventricule gauche (NCVG) est une cardiomyopathie g©n©tique sous diagnostiqu©e car tr¨s peu connue. Nous rapportons deux cas de NCVG diagnostiqu©s  lâIRM chez des patients de 40 ans et 61 ans adress©s pour alt©ration de la fonction cardiaque  lâ©chocardiographie.
LâIRM objectivait chez les deux patients un aspect de double couche myocardique, une interne non compact©e pr©sentant de nombreuses trab©culations et une externe compact©e, mince avec un rapport myocarde non compact© sur myocarde compact© en diastole sup©rieur  2,3 compatible avec une NCVG.
