Résumé
Lâextravasation de produit de contraste iod© est un ©v©nement fr©quent  dâautant plus grave que le produit de contraste est hyperosmolaire. Elle n©cessite une prise en charge selon les standards ©tablis pour ©viter des complications exceptionnellement graves.         Â
Nous rapportons le cas dâun nourrisson de 7 mois qui au d©cours dâune injection de produit de contraste iod© hyperosmolaire a pr©sent© une extravasation avec une tum©faction de la face dorsale du pied gauche. A J7, il pr©sentait une plaque de n©crose cutan©e ©tendue de la face dorsale du pied gauche ©pargnant les orteils et remontant  la face ant©ro-externe du cou-de-pied homolat©ral. Un traitement m©dical a ©t© effectu© suivi dâune greffe de peau mince et une hospitalisation de 40 jours. Les suites op©ratoires ont ©t© simples.
