RESUME :

Les auteurs d©crivent un cas de traumatisme ferm© dâun rein en fer   cheval qui est une ©ventualit© rare. Le scanner a permis de d©couvrir lâanomalie cong©nitale, dâ©tablir le diagnostic l©sionnel, dâ©valuer son importance, dâinduire un traitement non op©ratoire, de suivre son ©volution et de d©celer des complications. Ceci montre lâimportance du scanner dans la prise du  traumatisme dâun rein en fer   cheval.

SUMMARY:

Authors describe a case of horseshoe kidney traumatism which is a rare event.  CT Scan allowed discovering a birth defect, to diagnose lesion, to assess its importance, to induce a none operating treatment, to follow its development and to detect complications. This show scanner importance in the iron horse shut traumatism kidney taking care.
