Résumé

Le syndrome de jonction py©lo-ur©t©rale est une uropathie malformative de diagnostic ant©natal de nos jours notamment dans les pays d©velopp©s. Nous rapportons un cas associ©   une ectopie r©nale iliaque gauche r©v©l© par une py©lon©phrite avec pyon©phrose chez une gestante de 26 ans.  Lâexploration en imagerie a ©t© faite   lâ©chographie et   la scintigraphie r©nale dynamique au DTPA-99mTc et statique au DMSA-99mTc. Lâexploration scintigraphique a ©t© d©terminante dans lâorientation th©rapeutique qui a ©t© sanctionn©e par une n©phrectomie gauche.  Les aspects ©tio-pathog©niques et la place de lâimagerie m©dicale notamment de la scintigraphie aussi bien dans la prise en charge diagnostique que th©rapeutique sont discut©es   la lumi¨re de la litt©rature.

ABSTRACT

The pyelo-ureteral junction syndrom is a malformed uropathy of prenatal diagnosis nowadays in particular in developed countries. We report a case associated with a left iliac ectopic kidney revealed by a pyelonephritis with pyonephrosis in pregnant woman of 26 years old. Imaging explorations were made by the ultrasound and the dynamic renal scintigraphy with DTPA-99mTc and statics scintigraphy with DMSA-99mTc. The scintigraphy exploration was determining in the therapeutic orientation which was sanctioned by a left nephrectomy. Etiopathogenics aspects and the place of the medical imaging in particular of the scintigraphy as well in diagnostic care as therapeutic are discussed in the light of the literature.
